Our high temperature extruded sponge formula is especially formulated to withstand the temps experienced in industrial oven applications. It outperforms all other silicone sponge gaskets.

 Maximum continuous temp is 518^oF (270^oC ).  The material is capable of withstanding an intermittent temperature of 572^oF (300^oC ).

Medium density is the standard product, although we can also supply extruded sponge in soft and firm density. The extruded silicone sponge can be supplied in strips, cords and custom profiles.  Pressure sensitive adhesive is optional.
